Overview

DE BESTENN Global Ltd. is a 360° travel solution company. All our products and services are based on outbound (intl.) tourism. Our services are as follows: tourist visa processing, Air Ticketing, Hotel Reservation, car rental, transfer services, sightseeing, activities, and outbound tour packages.  We have suppliers around the globe as we acquire services from our counterparts (as B2B Model). This is a general declaration that we are not authorized to issue any country’s visa, we do not own any airline, hotel, or transport services system. All our respected travelers agreed & accepted with our mentioned terms and conditions policy during the purchase of our products & services.

(I) Booking

      • You confirm that you accept and agree these conditions for you and on behalf of all members of your party and further when you make a booking.
      • When you book for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments on every member’s behalf and when you make your booking, you must pay the relevant deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
      • For confirmed booking advance payment is mandatory (some services/product may allow partial payment).
      • All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
      • For group booking, the group shall appoint one contact person.
      • Appointed contact person shall be responsible for payments and supporting documents on group’s behalf.
      • Before purchasing a travel package/product from our website/physical address, kindly confirm with our customer care representative.
      • We do not provide, own or control some products that you can access through us, and we have no obligation to provide or operate the product.
      • Enjoy the service proceeding with the payment once the confirmation is received.

(II) Payment Policy

 (1) Visa Processing

              • All visa process, biometric fees, insurance, the supportive documentation fees and processing fees must be paid in advance.
              • Visa fees are prepaid and non-refundable.

(2) Group Tour Package

              • Initial booking fee 20% of the total tour package cost.
              • Full payment must be made 45/30/15/7 days prior tour date or tour package policy before departure.

 (3) Air Ticket

              • Air Ticket payment is charged full in advance
              • DE BESTEEN Global Ltd. will follow airline payment policy

 (4) Reservation

              • As per hotel, supplier, vendor payment policy

(III) Refund / Cancellation Policy

      • Bookings cannot be cancelled for free, while others can only be cancelled for free or partial charges before a deadline

 (1) Visa Processing

              • Visa processing fees are non-refundable

(2) Group Tour Package

              • Initial booking may allow refund policy with a minimum 5% or 1000BDT (whichever higher) per packages within the Seven (07) days from the booking (invoice date) day.
              • Must show the original receipt (all passenger[s]) of payment at the time of applying for the refund.
              • Must bring the photo id proof at the time of refund application only way to apply for refund at the physical address.

 (3) Air Ticket

              • DE BESTEEN Global Ltd. will follow airline, vendor or supplier, as per as airline refund policy. Charge may apply.
              • Any changes or cancellations should be requested by calling customer service.

 (4) Reservation

              • DE BESTEEN Global Ltd. will follow hotel, supplier, vendors refund policy.

(IV) Eligibility for Refund

      • All your information should be accurate.
      • If the wrong and misleading information was provided by DE BESTEEN Global ltd.

(V) Non-Eligible for Refund

      • Event outside of our control
        1. Natural Disasters.
        2. Pandemic, Riots, Breaking of Diplomatic Relations.
        3. Any law or any action taken by govt or public authority.
      • False, Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by applicants.
      • Violation of terms and conditions
      • Non-Payment of due fees.
      • We will not be responsible for any mistake made by immigration.

(VI) Refund Process

      • Any complaints must be made in writing within 15 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
      • Cancellation by the Customer must be made in writing and is effective upon receipt by us.
      • If the cancellation is made 24 hours after the payment or service start date will incur 15% of cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service start date will incur a 25% of cancelation fee (only appliable for first world visa).
      • No refund will be issued for cancellation made after 7 days of booking.
      • Accepted refund application may take 15-40 working days, for air tickets it will depend on the airline’s policy, same goes for hotel reservations and activities.

(VII) Privacy Policy

      • We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure
      • We use the information collected to provide and improve our services, process bookings, send newsletters, and respond to inquiries
      • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties
      • We may share your information with trusted partners and service providers to facilitate your travel arrangements
      • We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal processes
      • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

(VIII) Limitation of Liability

      • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the booking
      • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and all the required documents
      • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or government action or such
      • We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by these third parties
      • We are not responsible for price increases due to changes in exchange rates, government action, or supplier price changes
      • Changes are subject to availability and any additional costs from suppliers.
      • For visa processing, the visa authority department of the embassy has the right to approve/ decline the application. We make sure the process is being reviewed several times based on the embassy requirements and may ask for related supportive documents.

(IX) Changes to Terms

      • DE Bestenn Global Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or withhold the service until full payment is received.
      • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

(X) Cancellation Policy

      • We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unpredictable/unavoidable circumstances. In such scenarios you may apply for refund. DE Bestenn Global Ltd. shall review your application and may approve refund in full or partial or no refund or reschedule
